**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Handyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, performing other routine maintenance jobs as needed, etc.
**Duties:**
– Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
– Empty trash cans and other waste containers
– Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
– Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
– Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
– Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
– Work with minimal supervision
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role.
– Proficient in using various tools and equipment.
– Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
