Job Overview
GMG Health and Wellness is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence on a permanent, full-time basis (30 hours/week). The successful candidate is an excellent communicator, who will possess strong leadership skills. As a Senior Manager in healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

ResponsibilitiesTasks
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies
Negotiate for services and preferential rates
Direct and control daily operations
Coordinate the organization’s financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Manage staff and assign duties
Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
Assess performance of subordinates and authorize promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions
Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns
Supervise staff and other officials
Implement new administrative procedures
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Negotiate with clients for provision of services
Assess business’s competitiveness based on analysis of data
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Develop policies and procedures to implement programs
Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Oversee the operation of company
